Where Sound Healing Meets Deep Transformation
My approach to sound healing comes from years of study, direct training in Nepal, and hands-on experience working with a wide range of clients, from palliative care to recovery and rehab, to individuals navigating high-pressure, high-performance lives.
As a sound healing practitioner, I work with the body, the mind, and the more subtle layers of energy that shape how we feel and function.
Sessions often begin with a form of Family Constellation work to bring awareness to underlying patterns and unconscious dynamics. This allows us to see clearly what’s present before moving into the sound work itself.
From there, I use Himalayan singing bowls with specific tones and placements on and around the body to support regulation, release, and clarity.
This is not a passive experience or a traditional sound bath. It is a highly attuned process where I’m working in real time with what is present and what is ready to shift.
Many of my clients are used to thinking their way through things. Sound offers a different access point. It allows the body to settle and deeper awareness to emerge without force. It’s not uncommon for decision-making to become clearer after a single session.
While I occasionally offer standalone sessions, this work is most often reserved for clients inside a private container, where there is context, continuity, and the ability to work at a deeper level over time.
I work with individuals and teams in private containers and leadership environments, supporting clarity, emotional regulation, and aligned decision-making.
